The Enemy will be scattered;
those who hate will flee,
The wind will disperse them like smoke upon fire,
and the just will rejoice onto thee.

Exalt the rider of the clouds,
Defender of the day.
Through the mountains that burn by night
will light us on our way.

Welcome Mandi! This brings to mind when the children were lead from Egypt into the wilderness. And the cloud that covered them by day, and the light (fire) that guided them by night. Was the one and only Jesus!

Brought images of Armagedon, the fnal battle between good and evil at the end of the world, to my mind....... I love the image of God in the clouds. Bob <><

I cant truly take credit for this poem only because I got it from a passage in the Bible.
I wrote it yes, but alot of the images were from psalms I believe. I'll have to look it up for all of you.
