A Letter To My Father      **6/22/00**

Father,
Thank you for being my life line.
Thank you for your eternal love.
The advice you give and your everlasting shoulder have helped me go on.
You give me so many reasons to sing your praises. You've never let me down no matter how far I strayed.
You healed me when I was too weak to live.
You showed me that I have so much to live for.
You pushed me to the top and carried me to the finish line.
Thank you Lord for everything you do.

Dyme; Beautiful letter of gratitude to our God...How can we ever thank Him enough? Only with the total surrender of our hearts. Ellie

Dear DYME,
I like your wonderful attitude and outlook.
I like the idea of sitting down and writting a letter to our Heavenly Father, thanking Him for so many things. That shows thoughtfulness, and effort-I am sure that is what He seeks from all of us!

NO doubt about it. A big AMEN to this one! We owe Him so much for all He does, even those everyday blessings we so often forget to be thankful for.

A very lovely letter that can also be used as a prayer with much heart behind it, but I guess a letter to "him" is a prayer no matter how it is done.  Great penning in this piece.

Written feelings for our Heavenly Father reinforces our faith in Him....  Your poem, for me, emphasizes the power of our written words.  Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me.  God Bless You,  Bob <><
