A turmoil is brewing, In my mind today, An abstract premonition, That things have gone astray. This feeling is unnerving, I feel so ill-at-ease, A storm on the horizon, Like a silent swift disease. How do I confront it, This subtle insurrection? Its' source is cloaked in darkness, With no compass point direction. On my knees I seek Gods' help, To lead me through this hour, By faith, I will see in Him, His Providential power! 11-20-2000 [This message has been edited by Dennis L. White (edited 11-20-2000).] |

Dennis; You are a wise man that you know where to turn in confusing times. His peace will then be yours. Beautifully written poem from the heart. Love, Sis Belief is a truth held in the mind; faith is a fire in the heart. Joseph Fort Newton |

I know that feeling, and it sure is unnerving. We can do all things in Christ who strengthens us. It's a good place to start when feeling that way, lay it at the feet of God. Great poem! |

Descriptive of the emotions felt before diaster occures. It's wonderful that your spiritual sensors are sensitive enough to pray and ask God for assistence. The quiet hush before the storm. I loved it and I certainly can relate. Bob <>< |
