Give Me Strength

Hear my voice, in this time of darkness
The earth is colliding with hell, I fear
And I am caught within the pull
Losing gravity.

My eyes are dull, but they still see
And staring their way to you
In hope that you may catch my glance
And save me.

I may be weak, but I am alive
And with that I dare to hope for one more day
And struggle on, continuing
But I fear.

Dear Lord, give me strength
To realize that this will fall behind
And greener pastures wait for me
On the otherside.

Oh man can I ever relate to being in this position. One of those times, when it's not so easy, but you have to remember the words of His teaching. He shall never leave you, nor forsake you.

Hold out your hand, and He shall guide you.
I shall keep you in my prayers.
Hope things look up soon for you, cause I know being there is awfully dark, and no fun at all. God bless you abundantly!
