~A Rustling In The Wind~

Today I heard a rustling in the wind
a sweet sound filled my ears,
I sensed the beauty of his presense
tears ceased, fears fled
as I remembered the blood he shed

A soft sound filled my head
~be holy, for holy is the Lord
press on my friend, you'll be rewarded in the end~

He says our work is not in vain
press on
he'll be with us to the end

It's so good to know he cares

~Worthy is the lamb of God
who was, and is, and is to come
worthy is the lamb, so worthy~

BloomingRose~
Just lovely is this praise.
I love the likening of the rustling in the wind
denoting His presence.
As the gentle breeze touches me, I will remember this write.

This reads like a magnificent hymn sung by a choir of angels...

Enjoyed this one. Made me sigh, filled me with some kind of emotion I can not yet identify.

Marge~ Sometimes when I am outdoors and close my eyes, a breeze will blow I can't help but feel his presense. God is awesome

Sunshine~ I see you feel the same

ellie~ Thank you, thats a lovely thought, to think of choirs of angels singing this

Loveall~ Thank you, and yes, press on! Never give in to the thoughts of giving up!

dragonpoe~ Thank you, I think what you feel is the Lord calling you. That heart tug that no words can explain...
