Greatness comes through our service
In the things that we say and do,
Unselfishly for our Master
Reflecting a Greatness so True.

Greatness comes from little deeds
Done in the Savior's name,
To touch others in such a way
They'll never be the same.

Greatness come through Child-like Faith
In Humility, sincere,
That Glory may go to our Father
Who blessed us by putting us here.

Greatness comes---but don't seek it
It is a result, not a goal,
Just concentrate on your Service
And True Greatness, you surely will know!

God bless you all,
David

David - This is a beautiful poem.
I particularly like:
'To touch others in such a way
They'll never be the same.'
What a wonderful commitment to make
in our daily lives.
Thanks you for sharing this with me.

Indeed, the only Greatness we should seek is Jesus, Himself, and that we should do humbly...for our achievments our not of our own. but that which He has blessed unto us.
Great poem.

Excellent message here! How true, we shouldn't do things for others to get something or recognition from it. But to do things in His name that He may be glorified!

Amen David, definitely a great message with this poem!
