I offer my thanks,
To you my Lord on high,
You knew of my questions,
You comforted me when I cried.

After 7 long years,
I was beginning to lose hope,
Then you bought my Dad to me,
No more the need to mope.

To hear his voice,
He is real and near,
To know his love,
No more I have to fear.

Thanks to you dear Lord,
We shall meet at last,
All doubts and questions will be answered,
No more questions from my past.

I thankyou Lord,
For this has been my year,
A year of growth and understanding,
Many precious memories to hold dear.

With your guiding hands,
You've steered me through life's forest,
Out into the bright sunshine,
To love and rejoice again.

My thanks oh Lord,
For standing by me,
For guiding me along ,
To your temple filled with love.
