I Think I Know I think I know enough of love To know that it can break your heart I think I know enough of wealth To know what it can tear apart I think I know enough of friendship To embrace it every time I think I know enough of pain To know I'll make it through this time I know the wonders of the earth And I consume the most I can I think I know enough of honor To respect my fellow man I think I know what's in my heart And in my mind and in my soul I think I know myself enough To recognize what I don't know Elizabeth |

I see we share a name, Elizabeth. One day I hope to know this...good job. ------------------ Nail to the mast her holy flag, Set every threadbare sail- And give her to the god of storms, The lightning and the gale! -Oliver Wendell Holmes |

And I know you well enough to know that I don't doubt it. Another great one, Elizabeth. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

I loved this. ------------------ Yesterday is history, tomorrow just a mystery. And if today is good to me, it will beat the heck out of day before yesterday! |

Lizz, We feel we know a lot of things For we drink from a lot of springs. But knowing is a latitude Expression with an attitude. You are a wonderful writer and i always enjoy your poems. |
