I closed my eyes And you came back to me With a vow of your sweet love forever You gave me your key We talked for hours Made love all night long The telephone rang, brought me back In a flash you were gone I leaned back in my chair I stared at that blank wall Remembering your soft touch and thinking I could have had it all You appeared and spoke to me My love, can I have this dance My boss yelled "hey get back to work" You disappeared with my last chance |

If while not at work you could not dream What kind of a life would this be I myself love to think about wonderful things While this sometimes dreary world is boring me I was honestly kidding about your dreaming... Continue on Lost one Bridgette |

We all need some form of escape from the daily run- of- the mill life, Daydreams are healthy...they relief stress and put a smile on your face. Most of my poems are inspired by daydreams! I loved your poem... |

Sometimes daydreams can be much better than the reality we are in. Enjoyed it! |
