Wings Of Freedom A flock of birds flew swiftly by tonight They soured through the sky in full flight Heading for the East, and over the sea Oh how I wish that they could take me The ocean of the night, calm and serene Gone is the colour of bluish and green Except for the silver streak of the moon Oh how it's beauty makes me swoon The night air is warm and perfectly still As I take in the beauty over this sand hill Another flock of birds fly swiftly by I wish them good luck and I wave goodbye A safe journey I wish you feathered friends As I wish this peaceful moment never ends And I welcome you home as you fly swiftly by As the sun rises to greet the now morning sky ------------------ What comes from the heart goes to the heart.
