past

erotic emotion paints itself in hues of passion
royals and emerald envy
i think of you
lust crosses my lips
my breasts long for your touch
my stomach is alive with unknown creatures
tying it in twisted knots
stabbing guilt pierces my heart
he loves me i love him though
thoughts of you hold me captive
a high up tower a far off land
thorn covered trellis line my outer walls
prickled and torn my fingers
no longer reach toward the light.
i long to drown in thoughts of you
pools of tears wept for the loss of you
join in a trek to find their way home
