there seems to be no point in giving up,
after we both have come this far,
trying so hard and giving so much,
breaking and mending each others hearts.

there is no advice to give myself,
about where to go from here,
you love me, and i love you,
but how long will we stay sincere?

i say i want you to be happy,
even if it is without me,
its the biggest lie ive ever told,
that your not allowed to see.

you say i might be better off,
to never have known you at all,
youll never understand,
i was just so willing to fall.

i cry myself into the night,
convinced we can never change,
but as the sun pours in my eyes,
im on my way to your arms agian.

to watch you sleep and dream your dreams,
about everything that makes you smile,
i lose myself in fairytales,
and lay beside you for awhile.

your eyes open slowly to see my face,
and you tell me there are no more questions,
you love me and you need me,
and we'll get through lifes deceptions.

that was all that i needed to hear,
and i kissed you like never before,
i was so convinced it would be goodbye,
but you say i dont have to worry anymore.

we both have our intuitions,
about what will come from this love,
both know our forever lies,
in our eyes and that enough.
