All I have to offer you Is my love and understandig And the promises that follow Will forever be withstanding I will always have an open ear To listen to your fears I will always lend my hand To wipe away your tears I will always give my strength To help you when you're weak I will do my best to guide you Whenever you're in need I will always save a spot for you Inside my loving loving arms For when you need protection From any undue harm All that I will ask from you Is that you hold this promise near So that if ever we should part All you'll have to do Is look inside your heart (a loving dedication to my son.) |
