How can two people be so close Yet so far away Two hearts joined together And yet, words have never been spoken Thoughts of you Consume me at times I think of nothing else Wonder what you're doing Who you're with Why we're not together Maybe some day Perhaps our eyes will meet Lock on one another Arms will grasp Lips will touch One never knows Will we ever find out? |
