its so powerful
to be understood...
to know your not alone
not the only one
looking for meaning
dreaming
appreciating the little things
she would be labeled a freak...
her hair all spiked up
multiple tatoos
but she understood me
the moment i walked in
a restaurant downtown
she sat beside me and told me my life
the way i never knew..
it takes that.. an outside view
to reveal the real you
yea they label her the freak..
i guess i am too
for we are so much alike
sometimes it takes
seeing things in black and white..
to help you live through this
i was not made of stone
all my searching
not in vain..
the pure meaning can always burn
away even the most distant..pain
