Dinah I Family Ten siblings, brothers all, profess that I was spoiled, pampered in their doting care. With each one handsome, tall, around my finger coiled in time, refusals rare, no outrageous, childhood dream would they deny. In time I played the exiled queen, a desert robber team had stolen, her sublime appearance never seen again by prince or king, till she could lead her grand revolt. Pubescence changed the game, content to bring pensive stares and Time's demand some roles be rearranged. II Force Since the days of Abraham it's been our way to move and spread throughout a choice domain to pasture ewe and lamb. Wealth and numbers would behoove walled cities heed the voice of Yakov's clan, good friend, relentless enemy, defensive of their own. I did a message send to visit, their city see, two maids my slave had known for life. Arrogant eyes all honor defy, surprise and fear turned pain to rage. When Sheckem could despise Dinah's furious, pleading cries, he did his death presage. III Fury Remorse, at first, then love, his father said, my hand in marriage, sought advice his son should pay above the justice clans demand. "Circumcision's the price, to every man of age within the city." Three days and still unwell, the sickly appendage, fearsome tribal fury that sent the whole to hell, revisited. Levi, Simeon, too, with sword, in vengeful fury slew the lot. "Oh, could I die as well, than turn toward home, shame in full view." --H. Arlequin . . . .
