Note: "W. H." was the mysterious person that Shakespeare addressed most of his poems to.
"N.T."- is a special person in my life.

To: W.H.
I write to you, whose charm remained unmatched,
Preserved in endless rhymes of poet’s pen,
To tell you that from all your graces hatched
A soul, which bids perfection an amend.
My tongue fall short to capture her in word,
My hands -- to trace her likeness for your sight.
Compare her to another? -- it’s absurd,
For there’s not another of her might.
Imagine heaven’s most divine creation,
Made even more divine by a holy force,
That even Gods would stand up in ovation
To praise and thank this lovely angel’s source.

There’s only one true beauty that I see,
Allow me to address her as “N.T.”

She sounds breathtakingly beautiful! You have captured her well on paper! 'That even Gods would stand up in ovation...' My favorite line!

Thank you Denise! But she could never be captured on paper, I've tried many times and failed. Although, I came close with this one.

I've changed it around a bit, is it better this way?

I didn't see the first version, Master, but you have paid "N.T." quite a tribute in this sonnet.

Nail to the mast her holy flag,
Set every threadbare sail-
And give her to the god of storms,
The lightning and the gale!

Thank you Elizabeth, and she deserves it! As for the new version, I have to give a lot of credit to Denise who helped me shape it up into a sonnet! Thank you!

Oh Master....this is simply gorgeous...N.T. is surely a lucky lady......
Really love this piece

A soul that writes from the heart and shares it, truly gives a gift extraordinaire!
