Today ~First Knight~ Today..... I am ruined by your beauty, for all else falls short. How can anything be beautiful after seeing you? Beyond what others see, How is it I see more? Waves of feelings take over my heart at the sight of your very name. My thoughts contain nothing but you. You say I am sweet, you say I am special. But I am but a reflection of what I see. My heart lives within your hands. Can you feel it beat as you say my name. Do you feel the warmth as it pours out to you? How can I be expected to go on knowing you are not with me? Tell me please....... Where does the light go when you leave me standing there alone? Share what you are for you are what you share |
