To cast off ties
That earthly bind
And free the soul
To lift the mind

Unfettered flight
Of spirit soar
We shall dwell
In dark no more

Examine thoughts
Stripped free of guile
Seen unshrouded
Lament this while

In light of truth
Where less is more
I pause at yet
Another door

 Sometimes nonsense isn't .

Getting philosophical on us?  I see much in reading this piece.  Thought provoking work.

It looks as if we share a common window on the view of the afterworld.  Well done here Dr. Moose.  On to part II.

Hey Toe,
Not as serious as you may think .
It could be the subject here attempts to cast off any pre-concieved notions of the world and his place in it , retreating when unable to accept the uncertainty his vision brings .Still, driven to justify his existence in relationship to everything around him , he returns again and again , gaining wisdom not in achieving his lofty goal , but in the attempt .
Or... I was probably just checking to see if anyone would notice there were only 52 words in each part .
