The colors of the rainbow,
...mean diddly-squat to me,
For I don't see colors,
...I'm color-blind you see.

Contrary to opinion,
...it's not a brain defect,
Just because my wife and kids,
...my clothes for me select.

I figure at a stoplight,
...I have a chance in three,
So pedal to the metal,
...the cops they don't agree.

Because I don't see colors,
...I never do feel blue,
I'm never green with envy,
...because I have no clue.

So if you see a purple shirt,
...on guy with pants dark grey,
With one sock red and one sock blue,
...you'll know my wife's away.

This is comedic
that much is true.
But, hey! wait !
I think I've seen you !

*g* Sorry, didn't mean to giggle
but you were a sight.
You were a rainbow of color
in and by yourself ...
even if the colors
weren't quite right.

Now I know
the face behind the clown ...
and now I understand
YOUR WIFE WAS OUT OF TOWN !

Hey...I like purple with dark grey! Nothing wrong with that! The socks have to go though!
This is really hillarious! You are a very versatile writer!
