My Journey's End
by MomMe

I sit here quietly
     listening to the wind.
Of the song that it brings me
     of my journey's end.
What lies ahead of me,
     I do not know.
But I am confident
     that I'll be with my Lord.

I hear there will be sunshine,
     and darkness shall never be.
With my friends all around me
     and my enemies below,
Nothing can harm me
     when I'm with my Lord.
