I'm no daddy's girl, you are the cause of it.
I've become a fatherless child, because of your horrible deeds.

You caused my mother pain, the day you broke your vows.
You even laid your hands on her, when you were drunk like hell.

You also took away, something precious to me.
I'll never get it back,no matter how rich I may be.

For money cannot buy my childhood back.
And I'll never ever forgive you for that.

I was an unhappy,miserable kid.
A father's love is what I really need.

But you werent there for me.
I ended up having to call someone else Daddy.

But he is a better husband than you.
For he loves my mother more than you do.

I know that he loves me like his own.
But I still feel like I'm all alone.

For this is not a real family.
A fatherless child I still will be.

Dear Ayla,
Your words tell me that you truly love your father, beacause only someone we love can hurt us this much. There is nothing anyone can say to ease your pain, but only time will help to heal it, lots of time. And in the process, you may come to love your new fathervery much. Who knows? but thank you for sharing this. It's always good to put your thoughts on paper. It helps to define your feelings.
Lots of love and a big hug,
Liz

You may feel fatherless, but it sounds as though you finally have yourself a good dad and sometimes that is what is most important. Anyone can father a child, but it takes someone special to be their dad.

Thank you Elizabeth and hoot..I think I dont love my real father at all.I was raised by my stepfather when I was four. But there's just this nagging thought about the fact that I'm not his flesh and blood.I guess I'm just afraid that once my baby brother is born,I would be left "fatherless".

Your real father,Ayla, is the one who loves you. If you open your heart, you would be surprised at how much love is waiting there to pour right in.

Sweetheart....who fathered you doesn't make a father, same way as a woman giving birth, doesn't make a mother...it's how you're cared for, paid attention to, shouted at even *g* or worried about, and hugged and listened to that makes a parent...blood doesn't, caring does...be rich in that thought sweetheart...

Hugs
