A mountain--but too great to climb So we hide in a shadow, calling it Time. What shelters we've made-- So blind, so afraid, Even truth must be hidden in Rhyme . . . |

It is a sad truth that things somehow must be wrapped in rhyme in order to get the message across, but I for one am glad for it in a lot of ways. Otherwise I wouldn't have anything to do with my spare time. LOL Really enjoyed the read and BTW WELCOME to Passions!!! Poetry~ Words falling on paper, painting a dream. Shawna R. SeaDragon - Welcome to the circle of friendship found here at Passions. This is a haunting introduction to your work and exceptionally well done. Hope to see more. ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

welcome to passions, what a wonderful entry piece! "Glory remains unaware of my neglected dwelling where alone I sing my tearful song which has charms only for me." -Charles Brugnot |
