Talking to myself... |

I wish we could put our memories inside a drawer - distanced from our heart because then I'd never remember the pain of us being apart I could walk past the drawer and never open it slip beneath the covers and imagine Pretend that you're still here to give me comfort to dream that you still want to love me To talk over my fears knowing you'd love me anyway to use your shoulder as a haven for my tears Instead I joke and laugh wishing you could see inside the me that's frightened sleep lady sleep Yesterday is but today's memory and tomorrow is today's dream... |

This is really beautiful, Rainbow. To the world you might be just one person but to one person you might just be the world. |

RainbowGirl - My thoughts are with you, my friend. This piece is too sad a refrain for your loving heart to sing. ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Could feel the loneliness and sadness. Well written. Wish we could put them in a drawer sometimes. But I wonder how many times we would wander by that drawer and try to refrain from opening it? Love your graphic, it's adorable! <*\\\>< Jesus is the reason for the season |

RainbowGirl such sad, but beautiful words. I echo what WhtDove said, and I really wish we could place them in a drawer. ((((Hugs))))) B Gravitt |

Some memories are best when shoved to the back of that drawer, RG. But keep some towards the front as we are shaped by our past. (Is that YOU in that glass?) |

Yes...so sad and so beautiful RG.... A soul that writes from the heart and shares it, truly gives a gift extraordinaire! |

Thank you all...they may have seemed sad thoughts but in many ways I count myself lucky...maybe some, or even all, will know what I mean by that... HUGS and thank you, you really are such generous people and such big hearts! Yesterday is but today's memory and tomorrow is today's dream... |
