I awoke this morning with hopes to start anew. But as I sat up hesitant I only thought of you. I went on through the day I played this stupid game. Softly crying to myself ‘cause things were still the same. Day to day, I will live on But not without a cost every breath that fills my soul reminds me what I’ve lost. The two most waisted things in life are time and potential, I have both and not a clue what to do with them. |

Very sad, Kev...I can relate, though. Hope you wake up tomorrow with a lighter heart Well written poem, this is. It's not the love you fear, but the fall from the height~Edwin McCain |

Happens to us all, Kevin. We learn from our losses, fortunately. Good poem. |

Someone who feels as deeply as you, will not be feeling this particular way for long. Touching words, Kevin. |
