Sun Sets ... To Rise Again ~Marge Tindal~ 1999 The azure sky put to rest ... with the palette of colors God uses at sunset. Sunsets glow pulling the cover of night around her. Over the lake she dips her rays into the waters edge. Shades of magenta touch the horizon, blending upward into a palette of crimson rose. As she dips further the colors scheme to become the most beautiful array. Almost without warning she's gone except for one last kiss of midnight blue. With the morning she rises from the lake again. Proudly wearing deep orange peeking from behind soft, soft shades of yellow streaking. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Nan - And lots of happy sunsets to greet you. Hoot - It only came from watching the sun at the end of an otherwise so-so day. Elizabeth, my friend - You make even a compliment radiate. LostBoy - I hope that you get to share in the beauty of it through many winters. WhiteDove - There is a different 'picture' painted every morning and evening. UKHero - And my thanks to you for liking it. Dolphins3 - God paints the sunsets and sunrises ... I can only let you know what I see. So glad you liked it. RainbowGirl - Ah, what a vision it was. OhMe - Come join me on the porch swing. Beki - Enjoy my sunsets with me. I am so very glad that I was able to 'capture' it and share it with you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To each of you, my friends ... I'm so glad to have shared this lovely moment. Thanks to all of you for visualizing it. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
