~Warrior~ Of My Delight ~Marge Tindal~ 1999 My ~Warrior~ waits outside the glen, he senses that I care. He marked the path so I could find him and I gingerly make my way there. Over mountains and streams and into the glen, I enter and I pause. I can feel the beating of his heart it beats for a cause. He loves his ~Maiden~ as she loves him, with all things cast aside ... the beating of two hearts now meet with quickened stride. Forever drawn together nevermore to part ... learning to live as one within the loving heart. Their story was written long before they knew, they'd meet here in the glen and love would be born anew. It is written by the spirits that their love they would proclaim let no one come between them ... and none cause them pain. For he is at his peak, when protecting his ~Maiden~ fair ... as gentle as the breeze kissed moment, he runs his fingers through her hair. She turns to him with a smile, she loves her ~Warrior~ dear ... they make their way to love and love is always near. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
