~Maiden~ Of The Morning ~Marge Tindal~ 1999 A meeting in the glen amidst the dew of the morning. I have but a fleeting moment before you're beside me without warning. I seek your eyes and they shine. You place your hand gently in mine. With slow caresses you calm my fear. I am so glad you found me here. We have surrendered to the serenity of this place ... I watch the sun light up your face. In the glen ... we begin again. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Oh! maiden of a Tuesday morning Appears on screen without a warning Silently she slowly creeps When does she ever, ever sleep? I wish she'd quite her job and write Poetry both day and night Continuing delightful stories Of lovers in the height of glory Tales that spark imagination Of lovers in the Cherokee nation It's not the glory we behold It's just the way the story's told Elizabeth |

Elizabeth, As they said to me all good things come in threes. It is so very nice to view your messages thrice ! Must be a gremlin in the links with wings, sending love in triple blinks. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
