HE HEARS MY HEARTBEAT

He hears my heartbeat,
upon every word,

His words flow as a river,
deep into my soul,

His fingers are his quiver,
His emotions , they flow,

For it is love he seeks,
One of the romantic kind,

Dreamy waters and mountain peeks,
Flowing rays of beautiful sunshine,

His soul embraces my heart,
It sings with every beat,

To the rhythm of his poetry,
I am connected and complete,

This love I hear,
So sweet to my ear,

Of longing and desire,
Warm aglow I feel
Through loves fire,

He is an artist of words,
They paint a picture across my heart,

One calling out to me,
As a light throughout the dark,

His heart whispers gently this love song,
To the melody of my heart beat,

Both flowing in perfect harmony,
As the river to the sea,

I am elated and moved as I read his words,
and he hears my heartbeat across the miles between us,

And love keeps playing our tune,
To the heatbeat of love in full bloom.

As I now depart,
He keeps hearing the heartbeat of my heart...
