Holding steady to hear my heart within
To feel the waterfall of love
Hearing drumbeats against the din
Holding steady to hear my heart within
Having you safely in reach therein
Knowing the peace of a mourning dove

Sunshine, it seems to me this is NOT an attempt, but a beautiful Triolet!
