Rita Book was a very good teacher, though she lacked even one lovely feature, but her students were blind, so admired her mind, and thought her a beautiful creature. Edna Sand was terribly shy, right up til the day that she died each night she would pine, for Willy B. Mine, too timid to speak to the guy. Ann P. Dextrous, remarkably dandy, viewed her talent as terribly handy, while writing a letter, she knitted a sweater, and sipped on a blackberry brandy. |

Thanks Kethry! I did some editing, but think number three still needs work. Can't wait to read what other folks have written! Debbie |

Limericks! What a nice idea. Fix the rhyme in #2, and the others are fine. (maybe "the day she did die?") #3 doesn't make much sense, but that is the beauty of limericks! I am so very tired, I may try a few of these tonight. Good idea. ~Allan If I had your eyes, I'd be blind. Very cute - You've got a nice combination of format, whimsical theme, and puns... Great ingredients for successful limerick writing... |

A very good fist start indeed and funny too! Work some on the meter and you got it perfect! |
