Bathing In Moonlight

Full moon, your magic light shines down on me
Your silver spell's a cherished memory
Illuminating beams; sweet mystery

You bring my spirit utter ecstasy
Delightful light of perfect harmony
Full moon, your magic light shines down on me

You calm my storms till I feel heavenly
Your touch is like a lover's hand on me
Illuminating beams; sweet mystery

Seductive flirt with my reality
You chain my heart; bequeathing liberty
Full moon, your magic light shines down on me

Alluring dreams into conspiracy
Of moon lit images illusory
Illuminating beams;  sweet mystery

A silver frail note flutters playfully
Enchanting melody; night's symphony
Full moon, your magic light shines down on me
Illuminating beams; sweet mystery

As soft through filtered clouds I see
this writing of your poetry
that flows as rivers yet may be
for I an act of lunacy .

Munda, you did such a great job with this one!

My favorite line;

"Your silver spell's a cherished memory"

I really enjoyed your poem, it's beautiful!

Kethry - I thought I'd do it the easy way, but it turned out to be a lot harder instead.   Thanks you

LOL... You're absolutely right.. Keeping a uniform rhyme scheme such as this is indeed more difficult... *sardonic grin*... You've done a great job on this Munda.  I expect that few people here realize that you write this well in your "second language".  That's even more of a challenge.

Your iambic pentameter, your rhyme scheme, and your theme are all flawless... Great job, my friend..
