*The Gift*
The gift of passion
From the one you love
Is something to be cherished
It cannot be abused
Or treated poorly
For it is a once in a lifetime gift
And if you ruin it
You do not have another chance
For it is broken forever
Never to be mended
The broken pieces will stay with you forever
Never to be cleaned
They stay to remind you
And teach you a lesson
They stay in your heart
And in your mind
Never to be forgotten
Making you regret that moment
That decision
That destroyed that wonderful gift

Great piece of writing, that. I do agree totally. Passion is not something to be abused.
