I think I am in love
its like flying with a dove
yet she doesnt know I exist
I have stared at her for a time
you might say her beauty is a crime
I cant imagine the feeling if we kissed

My freind says write a letter
I write it without intent
on giving it to her but still it meant
another step toward her

a thief takes the letter
the thief is her friend
I tell her I did not intend
to send
the letter to her
but she is unaware
the feelings she forces me to bare
and the possible friendship she is about to tear

from then on I was left to look
because of that fateful crook
at the letter she did look
my love for her was closed like a book

Hey great poem. In my case I know I'm in love and he knows I love him. He tells me he loves me too, but ONLY in words. He just spits it out. <I'm not sure if he's for real> I just wish he could show me.

Hey, when a chick blows you off when you've written out your feelings (even if they weren't intended for her to see) she is just insecure with herself or heartless. Cheer up! Nice job on the poem.
