I wrote this poem when I was having problems with my boyfriend who didn't seem to care.

Just Say So

Being held in your arms,
I feel right at home.
But when your not around,
I feel so cold and all alone.

Sometimes I feel like,
I'm meant to be with you.
But I need you to say,
That you feel it too.

Sometimes I feel so unloved,
You don't say nice things to me.
Is it that I'm not pretty?
What don't I see?

Is it that your far away,
that you keep us far apart?
Or is it you afraid
of giving up your heart?

I need to know
how much I mean to you.
Does this distance between us
hurt you too?

I feel so confused,
I hate to be alone,
But I wonder how much it takes,
for you to pick up the phone.

Maybe by now,
My feelings aren't that clear.
But its hard to know what your heart is telling you
When your mind is clouded with fear.

I don't want to loose you,
but I really need to know.
If you don't care,
please just say so.

I am in the EXACT same position as you, and have been for 2 months now. I'm in love with him, and I can't let it go. He's so clueless sometimes, that it just makes me so mad. i try to talk, but he just doens't understand. I know he loves me, but lately he hasn't showed, only when i am crying, and he STARTS to feel bad, but other than that, it's sometimes hard for me to believe him. Everyone thinks I'm wasting my time, but I don't feel as though I am. I am me and when I am fed up, I iwll get ou tof it, but for now I AM FOLLOWING MY HEART. Talk to him, make him SEE and FELL what you are feeling.

Thanx for your reply to this poem and I'm soo sorry about your situation. I just got out of mine. I broke up with my boyfriend, I need someone who can really love me. I don't know, maybe I should have given it more time but I already told him how I felt and he didn't change, so its over. Its just too bad that I still love him.
