What importance could be placed on such a timing,
For being first in a heart?
What does it ever matter anymore,
If you were told that you were here before the others?

It didn't really matter to him
When I said he was the first person I've ever loved
He smiled, embraced, and soothed away the pain
Making me the happiest I've ever been even now

Falcon, angel, his star
I was all of things
But I notice now what I never was
He never said I was his love

I wanted him to be my first love
And he had been, so deeply than he could know
But I suppose he didn't understand
That I wanted him to be also
My last love

Very lovely. I wish I could say I can relate, but some of us are having a horrible time getting that first love. sigh... Good luck with the guy.

First Love, Last Love is EXACTLY how I feel about my boyfriend. What hurts so much, Is that he doens't understand me.

first love.. last love.. some say there's a difference between your FIRST love and your TRUE love... if that is the case than maybe you dont want you first love to be your last love becuase than you will never find a true love... and with that in mind.. i must say.. you did a good job with the poem!
