I'm probably gonna read this to George, the guy I like/love My eyes have closed. My soul has burned. Through the lies, I have endured. You listen to your friends, and not your heart. And this, my friend. is tearing me apart. Do you like me? I need to know. Do you see, the love I show? I handed you, the key to my heart, and you rejected it. That tore me apart. Through all that sadness, and anger, too. The only thing I thought about, was how much I like you. Through everything I have endured. My broken heart, battered, injured. Something remains through all of that. My memory, you can have that. |
