I worry…
About the thoughts I know you think
Deep dark thoughts that eat away at your sanity

I worry…
About the sadness you feel
That shows through your dark eyes and lost gaze

I worry…
About the past you've endured
That has scarred you in ways
We on the outside cannot fathom

I worry…
That my worries are for reason
And that you are in need of comfort

I worry…
That I too may be in trouble
If I am falling for you…again.
