I Need You As A Friend

you said you would always be there for me,
you said you would always care,
but every time we start to get close,
its like i turn around and your not there.

you said i can come to you,
with every thought and need,
but all i am to you is an asshole,
its like you laugh inside when i bleed.

i dont know  what i have ever done to you,
to make you hate me so much,
but i miss your securing words,
when im cryin, i miss your touch.

you are no longer here for me,
i dont know if you ever was,
i ask why im a dickhead,
your answer, "just because"

i feel like i need you as a friend,
your the one i can open up to,
matt was one i thought,
but he turned his back on me too.

i am in this endless pit right now,
lost with out a light,
wishing you were here,
to comfort me from fright.

friendship i guess,
we can barley even start,
everything ends in a fight,
everything broken apart.

i dont know about you,
but it tears me apart inside,
i may not show it physically,
mentally it must hide.

throught all of are fights,
through all the madness at end,
you are someone, that i will always want as a friend.
