This is a poem about what I believe in and how I see things in this world.

What is love?
Love is a natural high,
That we feel inside us,
That is hard to come by.

But love is sweet,
Like chocolate and candy,
Hate is bitter,
Like lemon and brandy.

We cry when we're excited,
We sulk when we're sad,
We laugh when we're happy,
And glare when we're mad.

Friendship to me,
Is an everlasting bless,
To have no friends,
Life turns to death.

People who don't like you,
Aren't worth your time,
Walk past and ignore them,
Everything will be fine.

Nicely written. You expressed your opinion very well.

Know what?  I was thinking about one of these days writing a poem...a huge long poem.. about all that I believe and all of the guidelines and advice that want to teach upon the world.  I feel like a have good wisdom to share.  I like the idea of your poem and the style you wrote it in.
