a broken heart beats wildly within my aching chest its wings tread violently against the wind from my soul that cannot rest flood rains pour inside my mind beating like a drum emotions mingle with the drops as constant as a hum my head hangs low in mourning for the wine i cannot sip hallucinations come to life when i still taste you on my lips i think about your every curve a place to rest a kiss where i can lie my head to dream as i sleep in heavenly bliss so slowly i close my eyes in an attempt to change the pace only to make my blood rush faster as i visualize your face into your eyes i have fallen deep into the blue yet in my eyes you've taken flight and to my head you flew i want to run my fingers down your cheek and under your chin lift your face into my view to kiss you once again take you softly into my arms whisper in your ear cry no more my sweet princess your valiant prince is here now i must awaken from a dream i'll never leave though my eyes may seem to open in my heart i'm still asleep still clinging on to fantasies of your gentle gorgeous smile embracing you so tenderly forever in a while [This message has been edited by son of man (edited 05-01-2000).] |

Your work is absolutely mesmerizing. This really makes us girls say awww...then wonder why we can't find a guy like that...excellent job!! I'll be looking for more of your work. |
