I'll be here daddy don't you want to hear what I did daddy? don't you want to hear about my day? arn't you coming to my game tonight daddy? arn't you going to watch me play? why don't you have any time daddy? why do you have to leave right now? I cant play by myself daddy I need you to show me how did I make you this mad daddy? did I make you throw and yell? maybe its those beers daddy, maybe thats whats putting you through hell I miss the way you used to be daddy I miss the hugs you used to give I want to hear you say I love you daddy I want to see you live the way you used to live I hope things get better for you daddy I hope things turn out okay I know they will one day daddy I'll be here waiting for you on that day |

 i hope you don't have many troubles wih your dad...but if you....hold your head high....things are bound to improve i like the poem by the way...the repitition worked the best and the rhyme was really well done Bec  |

Very touching and expressive. Wish more parents understood the importance of being there for their children. Would probably solve many of the problems that we see today with youth violence and suicide. Nice writing i feel. A life isn't significant except for its impact on other lives. |
