Stuck In Your Heart

In an upside-down garden

In a silent darkness,
all around you it falls,
You twist and turn,
but there is nothing at all.
You're standing with a crowd,
but sounds don't emerge.
You guess it's from the hate,
you just had to conjure.
And you wait,
for some way out of this place.
For an escort, and angel,
with a smile on their face.
And you wait,
you try to move to the door.
Only then do you find,
you are chained to the floor.
So you wait,
to hear them silently converse,
as they all try to find,
a way out of this universe.
Your crys,
they fall among deaf ears.
The people ignore you,
with their own faults and fears.
I guess, you sigh,
sinking to the ground,
my crys will be answered,
when my heart is found.

Your word usage and melancholy tone combined make your poem a sad but beautiful picture of the human soul. Good work.

Morning rain fell on my window, and I can't see at all. Even if I could it would all be gray, put your picture on my wall, it reminds me that it's not
