Mother I watch you move full of graceful, Dim light showing beauty's face. Moving to the little child, asleep in bed Wished her sweet dream and this is what you said. My baby girl as i watch you sleep, Into your bedroom i had to creep. Despite fear of waking you I had to see The great miracle God gave me --Written by: Hoppy 2-10-00 "Any fool can make a rule, and any fool will mind it." Henry David Thoreau Don't look... you might see. Don't listen... you might hear. Don't think... you might learn. Don't walk... you might stumble. Don't run... you might fall. Don't make a decision... you might be wrong. Don't live...you might die. |

Beautiful poem and tells you something about a mother's love. Nice writing. A life isn't significant except for its impact on other lives. |

This was simply beautiful hoppy. A true reflection of a mother's love for her child. I hold you softly, close to me, I rock you gently on my knee. I feel your breath upon my cheek, My heart is full, I can not speak. Your angel face, your little hand, Your tiny toes, their all so grand. I'll love you small and as you grow, I plant the seeds I have to sow. I wish for you a life most grand, The world is here within your hand. Grow strong and true and always know, Your mother always loves you so. |
