once upon a time there was a girl i hated who wasnt "as good" and whose ex-boyfriend i dated she seemed such a "skank' not hardly worth my days but when i overcame my superiorty complex she was "semi-cool" in many ways we hung out once or twice then a couple times more next we were on the squad together and then we were giggling on my floor she became a part of our group, then she became quite well known for she became much more confident and this change was well shown then we got closer and closer she became my best friend we had boys over together clothes to each other we would lend then came the day she told me of her famly problem her moms always drunk step dad always hits them her new found confidence gave her the courage to tell and the courts came to her rescue saved her from this hell but i lost a good friend who i now rarely see because alchohol and abuse took her from me |

eeke, and I thought this was a happy poem. Well, however it may be, I really feel for you, I can't really now how you must feel. If you need a friend, I'll be glad to listen, I know myself sometimes it is easier to talk to a total stranger than someone who you've known for a long time in the real world. If you don't mind me asking, did she just stop talking to you, or something else? "Sa souvraya niende missian ye." I am lost in my own mind. |

Lovely poem! I am sorry that you lost your friend but she is probably a lot better off now in her new found home. I wish you and her lots of happiness in the future. Thank you Lindsay |

Bounce back to the top means... everytime you get any reply's to your poetry it bounces to the top of the page again..... anyway nice poem but at the end does that mean your friend drinks alot now?? Dana Ü |
