Laura’s a gift from above,
Filled with fun and lots of love.
She’s a white and beautiful dove,
That you hold gently with a glove.

She has a special talent,
That she usually use.
It’s shown inside a special tent,
That no one can abuse.

Laura is the nicest name,
That I have ever heard.
It is posted in my wall of fame,
That’s next to a special word.

Laura’s the sunset that shines at night,
It is the best and most wonderful sight.
You should see it quite a lot,
For it will never ever rot.

I really like this poem. Great 1st post.

It's not the angry words that break the heart, it's the silence.

Someone said that true love is like a ghost -- often spoke of but never seen.
I've seen both and yet in my darkest hours, tend to believe that neither exits.
