from up above
shows me love
like none other

My dear angel
you've shown me the way
to my golden destiny
where I belong

You've carried me through the mud
pulled me up when I would fall
shown me that you love me
that someone really cares for me

I feel the same

You are my light to my darkness
you make me smile when I frown
and thats why I love you

You are my best friend
and will always be

My angel is you
no matter what you do
no matter where you go
I will still love you

There are the hard times between us
and many to count
times we've cried
times we've been mad

Our lives may not be the best
but when I'm with you
and when you care for me
nothing else matters to me

I love you babe
you mean the world to me
I would protect you no matter what
and be there for you no questions asked

My angel
my life
my best friend
you know who you are!!!

Beautiful! What a sweet and lovely piece of work here. I'm sure whoever it's written about (if anyone at all) is a very special person. Good job!

Thanks for your reply, I'm glad you liked it and yes it is written for a friend. I know they'll read it sometime soon I hope and they'll just know it was for them when they read it. Thanks again!!!

I can also see that you write poetry about people you care about(friends)..I liked this poem you wrote, it tells a lot to a girl how much you care about them..and i hope that the girl, or the angel that you are looking for will get a chance to read this cuz she would know how much you cared..thank you for the comment you made with my poem and yes i have a lot of friends whom i care about and wouldn't let them go for anything..keep up the good work, and hear from you soon..
