Anger come and crash through me,
Leave me beaten and mangled.
Do your duty, breathe your fire,
Scratch your markings on my soul.
You leave me alone with no one to lean on;
So helpless and so alone.
Why can't you leave and take yourself
Where you belong?
The hate you breed leaves bloody condensation
On the hearts of those you love.
And they love you.
And they love you.
Creep and crawl in fists and brawls
Oh, can you feel it?
Run by me and spread through thee,
Here it's coming for you now!
Run, run, but you can't hide.
It's too insidious.
Try, try, but it's too late,
So just let it move you.
Live the life by the knife.
It's the only way to free you.
Instead of taking a lesson from the Man Above
You lead the lies and cheats and steals
To dig your own eternal resting place.
And there you shall die.
And there you shall die once more.

The truth will attend to itself.

Interesting expression with this piece. Works pretty well as free verse. Anger can effect people in different ways and I think you have done well in revealing its vile nature.
