i held you in my arms
and yet we were so much closer
it was one of the few times
when we could be alone together

we looked to the stars glimmering
you were cold and couldnt stop shivering
i held you to my cheast
to keep you warm i did my best

we had some laughs
but we had to leave
we had been there an hour and a half
the thought of you leaving made my heart heave

i dropped you off and sai good-bye
on the way home i wanted to cry
i knew it would be another week
until we got to look at the stars cheek to cheek

oh...this is so beautiful...but at the same time so sad.
i don't think anybody really likes the end of happy things.

keep up the good work
