Angel. Come closer my brilliant angel of light, Come closer and ease my pain, For never have beauty elued me yet, Still your singing falls gently like rain. Come closer my brilliant angel of light, For surely you have a way out, The hope that surrounds you encases my sould, And dances on wind sighs about. Come closer my brilliant angel of light, Don't refrain in my time if need, My tears of the end and too tears of the start, Like the storm rain the waters the seed. |
